Absolutely a nightmare for a returning customer. I spent 90 minutes with CS Agent today, Sky GO and My Sky still linked to closed account. Tried removing emails, adding emails,I know have two logins, neither allow me to watch anything, both linked to old account! It really should not be so DIFFICULT! PLEASE HELP! Happy to update review on experience of apps once working.

I can't see the rewards or competitions in the app that I'm emailed about so it's pointless

Jan 2021 update applied. Dec 2021 & app still won't load. All suggestions followed: no success. Updated app using 16/12/21 release, doesn't work. 5th Jan - no change - can't view Sky VIP info. on app. Update Jan 2022 - not working. Update: upgraded 03/03/2022 still won't open. Still won't load. 10/3/2022 won't load. 14/3/2022 won't load. 15/03 - tried with WiFi switched off - still doesn't work. 22/03/2022 still doesn't work. 27/4/2022 - new Android phone - Sky app still won't open.

Everytime I try to click on the rewards it says unable to generate URL. Am I missing something?? Not even a hit and miss situation it's literally every time...
